Studio Photoshoot with Only Shadows

I collaborated with Indie Rock band Only Shadows as part of my Music Promotion & PR module, in my second year at Birmingham City University. It was a very exciting day for me as it was the first time I was doing a studio shoot of this kind. The main aims of the day were to capture a range of photos that the band could use on their social media platforms, as well as making sure they had fun during the shoot. We used the half cove at my Uni's photography studios, where I basically told the members to use the space, have fun, jump around or just do whatever (within reason) . The second concept was based in the colourama, where I set up a navy backdrop, with red and blue gels to create a neon sign type vibe, which mimics the bands early album artwork.
